Curves that Flatter with LastInch

"A smile is the most beautiful curve on a woman's body!"

Someone quoted the above correctly. But there are women who love their entire curvy body rather than just the smile, and I'm glad they do. We're progressing! True it is that curvy women are special, but that's considered because they're classified differently. Not all curvy women are the same. Maybe you're a triangle or an hourglass, a diamond or an oval, a figure eight or inverted triangle. Whatever your shape, you're beautiful!

For plus size women who love taking risks with fashion, there is no word more groan-inspiring than the word "flattering." There are plenty of plus size styles you may choose from. In fact, some of them have nothing to do with your shape at all. Well, a few days back one of my plus-size friends told me, she's afraid to buy clothes online due to fit concerns, and that's what makes me pen down this article today, to help all plus-size women refer to LASTINCH.in where they would find everything they need in terms of fashion clothing! I came across this site while searching some oversized dresses for myself, as I too have started feeling bloated at times and in those moments I love throwing up 2 size plus to my actual.

The trendy collection on LastInch is inspired by young enthusiasts who always want to look in-style and fashionable. From the right outfit for bed time, business wear, to a perfect date night outfit, the website has all types of plus size outfits for your every special occasion. I got myself a pretty dress that I chose to wear at a party recently accessorized with various stuff shopped from different brands. You may want to check out all details below.

If you'd told 13-year-old me that 23-year-old me would one day be sitting on a computer discussing plus size fashion as an actual, thriving industry as opposed to a teenage dream, I would have told you that 23-year-old me must've taken some pretty serious hallucinogens. Ten years ago, plus size brands certainly existed, but they didn't exist in quite the same way they do now. Thanks to the efforts of body positive activists, bloggers, models, celebs, and designers, the plus size industry has grown rapidly. And that means that today more than ever, plus-size women have options!

Scrolling through the dress section on LastInch, I stumbled upon this gorgeous looking piece in pink with lace all over that fitted curves exactly, pre-layered with an oversized see-through georgette top. Its basically for women who have a heavier upper body but love to wear body-fitting dresses and still look graceful! Since I had chosen to wear the dress to a hep party, I accessorized it with some shimmery jewelry to compliment the look! A golden dangly earcuff, silver hand cuff in one and a stack of tassle bracelets in the other hand, with my new obsession in bags - the round black one with multi-colored tassels that matched my dress and the shimmery black heels!

PS : I'd take a moment to appreciate how artistically that bag has been crafted. I got it from Ni & Sa, a brand by two magnificent ladies who want to bring an evolution into the fashion industry with faux leather bags that speak both of class and bohemian culture. If you're intrigued by their collection, you can find it
on facebook, instagram and also on lovethisstuff.com now!

For a long time, "having options" seemed like such a huge aspect of the body positivity movement's efforts, at least to me. But, plus-size is a fashion victim no more! As newcomers jump into the space and established retailers expand their offerings with new collections and collaborations, this category is finally having a moment. You've got LastInch.in giving plus-size women real options in fashion — not just clothes that feel dowdy or oversized but trendy clothes that are made for them. TBH, If I had it my way, I would never call it "plus-size". Though, we use it as a term because it's something to help classify!

I hope all you women out their liked reading this post. I've given so much of substance here, and after a really long time I feel so happy to have possibly shared it with y'all. Do make a move and share this post with your friends too! #ShareToCare

Fall in Color with Chiaro

Hey pretty ladies, hope everything's going great at your end! I am currently getting over with my mid semester exams, and have to start preparing for the finals next month. But, that doesn't mean I'm gonna keep you all hanging for the first fall outfit post that you requested recently!

Today's editorial features CHIARO, a pre-couture fashion label by DEVIKA KALIA, a lovely lady with exquisite, creative ideas that will make you fall in love with her designs. Out of a wide range of maxi dresses, day dresses, Indian wear and evening outfits on www.devikakalia.com, she sent across a beautiful printed midi dress to me to flaunt and review. Take a look below at how I styled it as to welcome the fall month in color!

hat : Accessorize | bangles : Delhi Haat | bracelet : Zotiqq | earrings : Myntra

My favorite style of dresses are those that offer elegance without the need for much accessories. These pieces are eye-catching, elegant and enhance your feminine side! When I received this floral print midi dress, it was love at first sight. You already know how much a color fanatic I am, and it is unexplainable to what extent it excites me. The fusion of pink, green, blue and white just blew my mind since the dress appeared to be so summery and chic, with the fabric being so light as the mix of polyester and chiffon and felt smooth and comfortable on the skin with its alluring cuts and curves!

I chose to style the amazingly designed piece with matching mutli-color footwear with white block heels and a over sized floppy straw hat giving the perfect fall touch. Little but must add-ons were the bracelets and the earrings that added some glam to the complete outfit. With that, you know I never leave home without a bag, so abiding by that I carried a mint color satchel to add some freshness, nailing the entire look!

If you ask me, I feel fall looks are versatile and one shouldn't just stick to warm clothes for that. If you're new in the league, never fear experimenting. Having said that, a midi dress would work for some and not much for the others. Below are 4 tricks that you might want to know before the next shopping spree you go to get your hands on some midis :

1. Select a length that ends at mid-calf : This dress actually creates the perfect illusion of a longer dress. My midi dress ends exactly at mid-calf, which is the thickest part, making me look little slimmer. If you can find a similar midi dress, I recommend it!

2. Wear sexy strapped heeled sandals : To elongate the leg and combat the stumpy look that a midi dress might give wear high strapped heels. I’m referring to sexy minimal heel sandals that give you height without the extra weight of a clumpy shoe.

3. Go for a lighter fabric (like mesh) : You want to select a fabric that is light doesn’t add much weight to your figure. Search for something I'm wearing in this post. It doesn't have too many layers and gives the outfit a light and airy feel. This openness helps me avoid looking short and stocky!

4. Select a A-line silhouette : It is universally flattering and is the perfect silhouette every body type. Make sure to look for A-line silhouettes when selecting a midi dress. Why not, right? It accentuates your waist to create a simple and elegant style!

Picket Play with StalkBuyLove

Hey lovelies! How's it going at your end?

I've been a little inactive in updating a fashion post in the past few days, amidst all the hullabaloo about my burnt face. But now that the scars are recovering, I've finally shot in an outfit for one of my favorite brands called STALKBUYLOVE!

Today's look is an inspiration from the British Royal Guard uniform, and I'm totally in love with this style that's running in vogue these days! From Kate Middleton herself to Indian beauties like Katrina, Deepika etc. are all being spotted in ensembles from the military collection, and I just can't over it too! Check out all details about my look and some fancy pictures below..

skirt, shirt : StalkBuyLove.com | shoes : StreetStyleStore.com | rings : Zotiqq | earrings : Silvense by Vrinda

Its a never ending story about my love for formal wear, and especially when it comes to updating my wardrobe with some sexy apparels, I hit up to Stalkbuylove and grab all that I can. Recently, while searching for some shirts and blouses on the website I came across this exclusive Kate Military Shirt in cream colour. Highlights being the front design and stiff cuffs on the sleeves, topped with golden buttons to give it a royal look! Its an extremely comfortable piece that I found to pair up with the black Ebony Pencil Skirt that I bought from the same website from their updated skirts collection. Its pretty stretchable and helps accentuate my curves, making my body appear sleek. So that's a plus point again! Since both the skirt and blouse matched perfectly and had their own charm, I kept my accessories minimal, by including a pair of designer Caged Earrings from Silvense, a few golden rings from Zotiqq and completed my look with my new favorite shoes from StreetStyleStore.

I'll just take a minute to describe my love for SSS, since they've been really kind to me by delivering some of their exclusive footwear on time. These black formal shoes (as shown in the pictures above) that I ordered were the sexiest pair I found on streetstylestore.com and they are the most comfortable to wear too, also being amazingly versatile for casual, party or formal look. The pointed front is faux leather and rest is velvet. The best part about the shoe is that it has a buckle closing that keeps my ankle secure, and has a 2.5 inches black heel that gives a perfect style to the entire look! PS : Along with this pair, I bought 4 more pairs which I'll be showing you all in my upcoming outfit posts, so stay tuned!

Walkin' English in SBL Co-Ords

A girl should be two things : classy and fabulous! - Coco Chanel

Hey girlies, hope everyone's good and taking the world on roll? :p

Okay, so I've never done this before, but starting a blog with a quote never appeared so apt than this! You must have heard this quotation by CC very often and must be really bored, but as they say, fashion is an instant language that needs to be repeated time and again, so here I am talking about a style that I've been crushing on for long!

Coordinates (co-ords set) are a must have this season. It comes in lots of styles, varying from crop tops and pencil skirts to tops and pants, twinning in one color! It stylishly separates the upper and bottom of your body giving you a chance to master an alternative to your favorite dresses and jumpsuits! Today, I've paired up a set of lace co-ords, that includes a full sleeved crop top and a sleek pencil skirt. The coral orange color attracted me instantly and I loved this outfit so much so, that I bought it the first day it was up on the STALKBUYLOVE website (irresistible it was)!

Scroll down to read all the details about why it took me no time to create this look..

co-ords : StalkBuyLove | heels : Talons D'or | hat : Forever21 | wallet : Lavie | rings : Zotiqq

As I mentioned above, my love for co-ords is infinite. If you remember, I posted one of the kinds, also from StalkBuyLove.com, last year on this blog (check out here) of a floral skirt and a cut sleeve jacket set. I received a lot of compliments over it and that inspired me to post about this one for you again! This lace co-ords set almost seems a one piece dress because I didn't leave any gaps on my waist, but pulled the skirt high and layered the full sleeved crop-top over it covering up my belly! It appears more like a body con now and I love the fitting because it gives a complete structure to my over all body displaying a lady-like curvy shape!

More dressy as the outfit looks, I added a black floppy hat to it, as inspired from a British look. I am a fan of hats because it changes the entire appearance instantly. This one is from Forever21 and I love how it accentuates my slightly curly mane making it appear sexy! Keeping the accessories minimal, I just stacked up a few rings in my fingers that complimented the summery orange color and carried a faux leather wallet in triple color Aztec embossing, from Lavie. You can wear this outfit at impromptu dinner parties or even in the day for lunch dates. Its undoubtedly a perfect summer must-try-on-the-go-attire! To complete my look, I chose to add a pair of solid black pointed heels to give the entire ensemble a classy and fabulous feel! ;)

PS : I would just take a moment to talk about my heels this time, since its custom designed by me via this super amazing brand called TALONS D'OR. This website allows you to design any kind of heels you want with each of its details from scratch. From the heel shape to its height and color, to the shape of the front of your shoe, to the color of the sole and strap, and the entire freaking footwear! Isn't that just so cool? You must check it out right away, because you surely wouldn't want to miss an opportunity to own a pair of self-designed footwear!

Tassel Party with ZOTIQQ

Hi guys, hope y'all are doing good! I've been greeting you all for past 2 years the same way, and hats off to all of you for you never get bored. I love you people :*

Well, coming straight to point (and apologies for the delay from last month), this post is all about a fashion & lifestyle subscription brand called ZOTIQQ. Its an online platform where you can subscribe for a box of statement jewelry for a period of 3, 6 or 12 months depending upon your choice!

I recently received my first box from Zotiqq in the month of April, and the brand sent me 5 tassel pieces that looked amazing.

Take a look at what all I got in my surprise box, below :

1. Pearl and Gold Tassel Necklace - This is a versatile piece, that can we worn over solid color tops, evening gowns, or with indo-western clothing. I really like the blend of gold tassels with white pearl to tone down the shimmer!

2. Black Stone Pendant with Tassels and Long Chain - This is my favorite one in the box, because I can wear it all day long over t-shirts and tops, and it looks really casual and classy!

3. Tassel bracelet - I really like the inter locking system of this bracelet, it gives such an exclusive appearance. Also, its made of braided thread in pastel colors and the tassels pop out instinctively. Best as a summer add-on I must say!

4. Set of Finger Rings - I opened up the box and saw a beautiful set of rings that included one bold piece and 2 midi rings that looked sleek and chic. I love the little, red tassel on the bigger ring, that's more of a unique design!

5. Earrings - These are the lightest pair of earrings I've ever worn in my ears that dangle down. It looks super pretty and the turquoise color being one of my favorites attracted me more, so yeah this is my second favorite piece in the box!

-----------------------

So, these were the five exquisite jewelry pieces that I received in my Zotiqq box, and surely enjoyed my tassel party.
