Country Girl in Yellow Summer Dress

As the weather changes, we enjoy showing more skin and wearing vibrant lipsticks that bring out our skin tone. Dresses that feature flowers and floral patterns are often our spring and summer staples. I often opt for a flattering A-line dress, a skin-tight bandage dress, or slip into a sexy bodycon piece. I like pulling off sophisticated flare and pick floral patterns to bring out my confident femininity. In today's blog, I'm sharing with you one of the most beautiful floral print dress, that I paired with my choice of country style accessories to alleviate the gloom of winter and fall!

The hot month of June calls for a cute A-line dress in yellow that I picked from Shein.in. It's a 100% rayon fabric and feels amazing on the skin. The fit and flare is what attracted me to this gorgeous piece. The spaghetti straps makes it easier to don in the summer months with a low back cut out and a knot in the front makes it appear fancier.

I styled it with some raw accessories - a fabricated choker, sleek gold cuffs in the wrist, brown suede heels, leopard print sunnies and a hat. Completed my look by adding a multicolored sequin bag, giving strong summer feels. More looking like the country girl, eh? Oh, and always remember if you don't want to flaunt the deep neck, go for a tube top inside - like I did (with a black one).

Dressing for summer and picking the right floral outfit can be a task, but if you know your body structure, Shein.in has the best summer dress collection for you! Do check it out and let me know if it helped. Until next time, love & luck.

Dazzling the Dull with Diwaah

Hola dearies! Yeah, I know you're all doing fine. My mail box is literally flooded with your post requests and I sworn last night I'd give you guys regular content from now. Promise!

Now, as you've been seeing since last month I'd been running too busy with work and hence I just couldn't show you guys my latest bag obsession with a new piece I got recently. DIWAAH, an online shopping portal sells beautifully handcrafted bags, carved in their own production unit with their personally selected raw material. I teamed up one of their dazzling handbags with a not-so-glam outfit and you'll be amazed to see the results, as pictured below...

dress : StalkBuyLove | heels : StreetStyleStore | bag : Diwaah

I'm sure seeing the pictures above, you must be wondering whether I'm sick or in just no mood to dress up (but when's that not)? Like literally, I hate painting my face with makeup and dressing up all glitzy everytime. I feel there is a lot better that I can invest my time upon, you tell me?! Well, for days like those when I get the same thoughts, I usually throw a shift dress upon myself and wear a pair of super high heels to jazz up a bit. But I still avoid carrying jewelry because its gonna hurt my hair and rash my skin and I'll probably take time selecting which piece to pick from the crazy collection I have. And, that's when a sequin bag comes to the rescue!

While you're going for work or college lectures, or even on day outings with friends, you prefer throwing up an attire that's casual but classy, and a beautiful bag adds the much needed vibrance to the mundane look anytime. I recently teamed up my powder blue shift dress from StalkBuyLove with a pair of brown leather platform heels that are extremely comfortable (though it might not appear to be so), but they are! Without adding any other accessory, I went in for an over sized zip top clutch from Diwaah that looked swanky with the glittery sequin on the front and a pom charm on the zip. Its a versatile piece that you can carry with both Indian and western outfits and it'll always rock! Also, shiny things fascinate me a lot but only when its not over cluttered, and I love how this clutch makes my ordinary attire look so fancy instantly. Well, snazzy and simple always go hand in hand, eh?

PS : 'Diwaah', I feel is a word that is brought out from the actual word 'diva' and stands by its meaning. The range of bags this online portal provides is startling. From Box Clutches to Back Packs, Coin Bags, Potlis, Rug Zips, Sling Bags and Zip Top Clutches, they have it all at one place. Dilemma to find the right bag for your matching outfits is now solved, girls! And with this, you get flat 500/- off on your first purchase so that's a win win for all again. Go, grab your favorites from Diwaah now and you can always thank me later! ;-)
